WPHA maintains contact information for our owners and residents. This information is used to send owners official WPHA correspondence and to periodically publish a WP Residents Directory.

Owners and residents are encouraged to send email to Waverly Park Press to report any information changes not resulting from the sale of the property.

Owners

All Waverly Park homeowners are mandatory members of the Waverly Park Homeowners Association and are subject to all the privileges and responsibilities of membership.

Owners information is periodically verified with Cherokee County Deeds.
