WPHA Pending Projects

WPHA will consider bids from WP residents for the following open projects.

  1. Pressure Wash Building
    • Waverly Park will provide access to water.
  2. Pressure Wash Patio (under covered area only)
    • Waverly Park will provide access to water.
  3. Clean Utility Room
    • Waverly Park will provide cleaning supplies.
  4. Clean out gutters
  5. Clean Patio Furniture and arrange around pool
    • Waverly Park will provide access to water.
  6. Weed and New Mulch (Playground and Pool Perimeter)
    • Waverly Park will provide mulch.
  • Projects must begin and be completed in April 2024.
  • Access to locked spaces will be available to interested persons to assess projects’ scopes before bidding.
  • Bids must be sent to Waverly Park Board via e-mail by February 13, 2024.
