Amendment 1:
An Amendment to WPHA By-Laws Article III Section 3
Notice of Meeting
Purpose of Amendment 1:
- Adds email as an option for sending the required written notice of Members Meetings to homeowners.
- Saves WPHA postage and printing costs and labor of mailing paper notices.
- Homeowners who do not have an email address on file with WPHA will continue to receive meeting notices by mail.
